Accountabilities


  • Lead and develop a team of Revenue Analysts managing a regional portfolio of routes.
  • Monitor portfolio KPIs (LF, SCB) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and team reviews to challenge assumptions, validate RM strategies, and reinforce contribution-based steering.
  • Serve as first escalation point for performance issues and capacity conflicts.
  • Oversee capacity utilization and overall contribution across the assigned area, including allocation strategy, demand steering, and disruption recovery.
  • Review and validate Entry Conditions with analysts before flight openings and monitor booking trends post-launch to ensure alignment with demand.
  • Collaborate with Pricing to ensure Entry Conditions reflect current market dynamics.
  • Align with Network Planning on capacity changes and business cases; provide RM recommendations from demand/contribution forecasts.
  • Coordinate with Operations to align FBLs to constraints, minimizing offloads and supporting FAP performance.
  • Partner with Commercial to spot revenue opportunities and address key customer needs.
  • Lead RM system rollout (training/adoption) and feed improvements to optimize UX and workflow integration.
  • Support and/or lead strategic initiatives within the RM department, including seasonal planning, process improvements, and coordination with the Analytics team on dashboard enhancements or new reporting needs.
  • Support the Manager in charge of the department by contributing to weekly performance highlights, preparing input for monthly business reviews, and assisting with ongoing steering and reporting requirements.


Education & Experience


  • University degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or another numerate discipline, or equivalent professional experience in Inventory or Revenue Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the airline industry, with at least 3 years ideally in Cargo Revenue Management.
